As per the consumer Act we do allow refunds on the basis that the product is faulty,incorrect or broken upon delivery.
Please send through a email to [email protected] stating order number and full name as well as pictures of the issue. We will respond within 30 days once we’ve received the returned product and will issue a refund as necessary if analyzed that the issue is on our side
In accordance to the Cosumer Act, cost of returning product due to manufacturing defects or 3rd party faults will be covered by our store. If no manufacturing defect is found or 3rd party involvement the cost will be the customer’s responsibility
